All prices are in Canadian funds and GST is applicable to the final price.

We require a minimal non-refundable deposit on all our donkeys and the donkey must be paid in full before leaving the farm.

We give a guarantee on all our breeding stock for breeding soundness by the age of 4 years unless stated in writing. All of our donkeys are registered with the CDMA and transfers are paid by Shadey Lane Farms.

Our donkeys come with up to date farrier, vaccinations, deworming and are halter broke before leaving our farm. Our focus is to encourage gelding male donkeys unless they are an outstanding jack. Growing up with horses, I was always taught that a “good stallion” will be a “great gelding” and I’ve held onto that philosophy with our donkeys. Our donkeys are quiet, handled daily and come with a new halter and lead shank.

Transportation is the responsibility of the new owner but we’re always happy to try and help with finding a transport company or even meeting the new owner part way.
